Registration and Deadlines
Important Information
Deadlines
Please respect the deadline indicated below. Since the schedule is quite tight, late submissions for talks or posters cannot be considered.
Abstract submission
To submit your abstract, please complete the registration. You will then be automatically redirected to the abstract submission page (online form).
If your employer allows you to participate only if your application for a presentation (poster or talk) is accepted, please register anyway and pay the invoice only after you have received the notification of acceptance. If your submission is not accepted, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fee until May 25, 2025.
Accommodation
There are pre-reserved contingents for hotel bookings and we strongly recommend booking your room as early as possible. The European Women's Football Championship is taking place in Switzerland and Bern at the same time as EuCOMC 2025 and accommodation will be limited. Please book your hotel room via our website to profit from the special rates that we negotiated with the hotels.
Public Transportation
From your first overnight stay in accommodation in the city of Berne, you will also receive the Berne Ticket for your entire stay and thus enjoy free travel on public transport in Berne.

Cancellation Policy for Registrations
For cancellations after May 31, 2025, only 75% of the fees will be refunded.
For cancellations after June 20, 2025, no registration fee will be refunded.
Alteration or Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or program of the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizers will refund any registration fees paid, and this refund shall be the full extent of the organizers’ liability to the delegate arising out of such cancellation.
The organizers reserve the right to shift the conference to a virtual roomÂ
