Registration and Deadlines
Important Information
Please respect the deadline indicated below. Since the schedule is quite tight, late submissions for talks or posters cannot be considered.
If your employer allows you to participate only if your application for a presentation (poster or talk) is accepted, please register anyway and pay the invoice only after you have received the notification of acceptance. If your submission is not accepted, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fee until April 14, 2025.
Please book your hotel through the provided link and dedicated website (Bern Tourismus). We have reserved a contingent of hotel rooms in Bern at a fixed price, and you can only benefit from the special rate if you book via the tool.

Cancellation Policy for Registrations
For cancellations after May 31, 2025, only 75% of the fees will be refunded.
For cancellations after June 20, 2025, no registration fee will be refunded.
Alteration or Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or program of the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizers will refund any registration fees paid, and this refund shall be the full extent of the organizers’ liability to the delegate arising out of such cancellation.
The organizers reserve the right to shift the conference to a virtual room

All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations and online web content.
Privacy Statement
The information given to the organizers will be recorded in the organizers’ databases and will be used for administration purposes. The collected data underlies the Swiss Data Protection law.
The organizers may take photographs, and include any of these photographs on its websites.
You are not permitted to record any part of the presentations or to take pictures of slides.
